The large bouncy castle was such a great deal for the entire day. Dylan showed up on time and was so helpful in getting everything set up and had a fantastic attitude. 11/10 would rent again.

Wonderful service. Every time I called I spoke with a friendly informative person who answered all my questions. The set up was super easier and the quality was wonderful. Our kids had an amazing time!

Really impressed with the delivery. Fast, efficient set-up, polite delivery person, which is great when you're stressed trying to get ready for 100 people showing up your house. Completely amazed they showed back up in the middle of the storm to take it down. I was trying to break down the rest of the canopies in the rain and never even noticed they showed up in the dark, broke it down and took it away. As they say, the best service is when the customer doesn't even notice you were there. Awesome, thanks!

You guys went above and beyond for our school event. When faced with gusty winds, you put safety before profit. Willing to refund us 100% if we could not find a safe spot. I LOVED the fact that you guys seemed to be the only ones that didn't require two outlets AND Josh brought plenty of extension cords so my stress of it being too far, was for nothing! I was also impressed because all the other inflatables I've used in the past wouldn't work with extension cords. I loved the fact that you allowed the PTSA to just write you a check when you arrived, I just wish I would have thought about a tip for your driver Josh. He was fantastic! During pick up, his brother was with him & he was great too! I said 8 was the stop time because I thought that's when someone would arrive, but our event ended at 7:30, so unfortunately I had to wait til pretty late before they arrived, but that was my fault not theirs. Now that I know, I'll be sure & put the actual end time of the event next time. I love that you guys were so affordable, clean, quick, courteous & on time! Thanks for such a fantastic experience!

The kids were getting a bit scraped up on the slide - they said it was from the velcro - although I couldn't tell exactly where it was coming from, but they did have scrapes to show for it. They also said that the stairs were hard to climb on this particular slide. However, they LOVED it and requested it again for July 4th (we're getting a different slide next time, the Geronimo). As always very pleased with your services, we're happy, repeat customers!

Everything went great, no problems. One thing I would recommend would be to have a phone call or email (not system generated) letting me know you received the order. I did everything online so I was a little unsure if you got the request and were able to fulfill my order until you came to set it up.

You guys were awesome!!! We all had a great time! The dunk tank was a hit! Will definitely be contacting you for EVERY party! Very, very satisfied

There was a slight problem with our delivery time, BUT Chris was extremely helpful and resolved the issue with no problem. It was also a very busy day since it was the 4th of July. I would definitely recommend you all to any family or friends. In fact we already have. :) Thanks for making our party one to remember and we will definitely use your services in the future.

I'm glad we rented it, everyone had a blast! I thought $600 was high, but after seeing how hard it was to set up and take down, I understand why it costs so much. The delivery guys were very nice. We will be renting it again next year for our family reunion.
